Xiaomi announces Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra flagship smartphones

                                        


Xiaomi, along with Mi 11 Lite, Mi 11 Lite 5G, and Mi 11i phones, announced two flagship phones in the Mi 11 series during the global Mega Launch event, completing this year's Mi series phones.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro:



Xiaomi released the Mi 11 Pro exclusively for Chinese users with close technical specifications and designs that are very similar to the regular Mi 11 phone that the company unveiled in China late last year and announced its availability to all global markets last month.



The Mi 11 Pro comes with the same dimensions as the Mi 11 phone with a quad-curved 6.81-inch 2K WQHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 515 ppi density, 1500 nits brightness pick, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, and supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.


The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor clocked at 2.84 GHz, Adreno 660 GPU, and offers 8 to 12 GB of RAM LPDDR5, and 128, 256 GB UFS 3.1 of internal storage, and it comes with a huge battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh that supports fast 67W wired charging, and 67W wireless fast charging as well, in addition to 10W reverse wireless charging.


In terms of imaging capabilities, this phone comes with a triple camera system at the back, capable of shooting video at up to 8K resolution at 24 frames per second, and consists of a 50 MP wide main camera with an f/2.0 aperture lens, and supports autofocus and optical image stabilization, in addition to the ultra-wide-angle camera of 13 MP aperture of 2.4, and a third 8 MP telephoto camera that supports autofocus, optical image stabilization and up to 5 times optical zoom; while the selfie camera is a 20MP wide camera in the form of a hole in the front screen.

Mi 11 Pro has a stereo speaker system, supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, IR blaster, and it is available in three color options: Black, Green, and Purple starting at 4,999 yuan (€650).



Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra:


Mi 11 Ultra is the high-end phone in the Mi 11 series, and it comes with a large 6.81 inch Super AMOLED display, with a resolution of 2K protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and 480 Hz touch sampling, a density of 515 ppi, 1700 nits brightness peak, supports HDR10 + and Dolby Vision.

This phone also comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor with a frequency of up to 2.84 GHz with an Adreno 660 graphics processor, and provides 8 to 12 GB of RAM LPDDR5 with 256 to 512 GB of internal storage type UFS 3.1; Mi 11 Ultra also comes with a big battery of 5000 mAh that supports both wired and wireless charging fast capacity of 67 watts, in addition to the wireless charging of the reverse capacity of 10 watts to charge your other devices wirelessly.




This phone has a triple rear camera system, as in the previous model, consisting of a 50-megapixel wide main camera with a 2.0 lens aperture that supports autofocus and optical image stabilization, and a second 48-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2.2 aperture that supports autofocus, In addition to a 48-mega-pixel telephoto camera and a 4.1 aperture lens that supports autofocus and optical image stabilization as well, in addition to an up to five times optical zoom.


Next to these cameras, there is a secondary AMOLED small 1.1-inch touch screen (126 x 294 pixels) that can be used to view notifications or preview images before capturing. As for the front camera, it is the same as the Mi 11 Pro camera that comes with a 20 MP wide-angle camera in the form of a hole on the top of the front screen.

Mi 11 Ultra is available only in two color options: Ceramic White and Ceramic Black starting at €1200.
